Stone Ridge View Estates
BH Builders prides itself with this first subdivision, a premier 14-lot development off the Hallowell - Litchfield Road in Farmingdale. This property sold out in 2002 with prospective customers wishing there were more lots available. Stone Ridge View Estates is built to standards allowing for the road to be owned and maintained by the town. This development was completed with underground utilities and deeded restrictions to protect the property owners' largest investment. We worked closely with our engineer to insure the preservation of existing beautiful stonewalls as property lines. We boast keeping a 200-year-old carriage trail along the edge of the development. It is attention to details like these that sets BH Builders apart from others.
