And we very much appreciated - and were very much impressed - that you took it upon yourself to address two other house issues (the chimney and drier vent), did so without charge, and did so despite the fact the house is 10 years old!

All that aside, it's been a pleasure watching you nurture your trade and family and witnessing them both thriving nicely. After working in the business sector for over 30 years I can tell you there aren't alot of business people out there who operate with true honesty and integrity.

Keep up the good work, I know sometimes it's not easy.
